Question: It is Ordered the Property identified as specified shall be exposed to Public Sale at a duly advertised future Allegheny Co. Sheriff's Sale and any continuation thereof permitted by law, at which time the Property shall be sold freed and discharged of all Respondents tax and municipal claims, liens, mortgages, charges and estates to the highest bidder and the proceeds realized therefrom shall be distributed in accordance with the priority of each claim, the costs of the Sale and the charges, expenses, fees, and attorney fees being paid first, and the purchaser at such Sale shall take and forever thereafter have an absolute title to the Property sold freed and discharged from respondents, claims, liens, mortgages, charges and estates and not subject to any right of redemption. Answer: Tax liens that convert over to tax deed sales usually mean all other liens are paid off and is transferred to the new owner free and clear of any mortgage liens, etc. Please buy a book on this so you know the total rules for each state.
