my employer sponsored insurance plan. can I detect it on FSA (flexible Spending Account)?

I pay like 10 every pay check. Can this be deducted ?

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I think you are asking if the $10 taken from your pay each time for your share of the health insurance cost can be reimbursed from the FSA account you are contributing to. I would say no if I am right because the $10 is being treated as pre-tax and you are not eligible to get a reimbursement from an FSA for something that you are paying on a pre-tax basis.
