I sold some property and went to open a bank account?

Question:
I found out that an old account was overdrawn and closed so they refused to open an account even when I said well lets fix it.What is wrong with these people even when you try to fix it they wont take your money so you can fix it,so I have this check but no way to cash it to fix IT,any suggestions

Answer:
Go to another bank. They will always take certified funds. Checks from title companies are ALWAYS GOOD.
