What incentives does your employer give you to continue working for them?

Question:
What incentives does your employer give you to continue working for them?

Answer:
I am an English teacher.
I do what I like doing, that is my greatest incentive.
Where I work, I can make decisions on which methodologies to use to suit the student. I have better results because of that, which is a second incentive to my work.
I get paid enough and on time, I don't have to go through burdens to get paid by the students. I manage my working schedule.
Anything else?
I know I will not be in Forbes' list of millionaires, but I'm satisfied.
